[project][imx7d] Update for imx target changes Choice of debug UART should be on target level as this is what target is for. All definitions for MEMBASE, MEMSIZE and KERNEL_BASE are the same. Move them to platform and make them default. Change-Id: If40b265346097db05175b9d7b83d6057365880fa
