Disable Windows Media by default. Change is to disable the inclusion of PV Windows Media libraries by default. (a) There is no need for these libraries for AOSP. (b) The binary compatibility of the 'extracted' libraries from an existing device cannot be guaranteed. In fact, I would recommend removing the vendor/pv-open git repository.
