Implement javadoc summary logic We currently ignore the fact that a symbol is supposed to only show the summary documentation. This CL adds the logic to stop rendering a summary on the first occurrence of a period. Fixes: 168124301 Change-Id: Iffde85e9042ae4da5a25cf64d136cb8ef29624fe
