Add a static rpcperftest, and add ping tests to RpcPerformance.apk. Also make rpcperftest run 100 "warmup" iterations before the full run of 10000, and add the ability for rpcperftest to host a service (in addition to pinging existing services). Change-Id: I82e5f990225bac0c67be6ade94b1fe53190572e2
