Make HVAC temperature controls go on/off depending on the underlying property's availability Instead of having a global HVAC_POWER_ON switch, one can use the new 'status' HAL concept to abstract each HVAC's component's availability. Start prototyping how this would look at the app layer with the temperature bar controls.
