Add "Unsynced" to the bookmark account selector. Now if you have 1 or more accounts the selector will show up with the current accounts plus and entry to show you all the unsynced accounts. This is a temporary solution until we solve the question of how to import unsynced bookmarks into the first account that is added. Bug: 3022609 Change-Id: I6f19498898e156614b51f802fd3651be3ae36e38
