[fuchsia] Enable Perfetto IPC support for Fuchsia. Turns on "enable_perfetto_ipc" and conditionally builds related POSIX classes for Fuchsia. Fuchsia's POSIX support might be a little patchy, but mmap() does work properly. Bug: chromium:1166873 Change-Id: Id96014cbaaf4660e23abec72b71d54f2d4b7b074
Perfetto is a production-grade open-source stack for performance instrumentation and trace analysis. It offers services and libraries and for recording system-level and app-level traces, native + java heap profiling, a library for analyzing traces using SQL and a web-based UI to visualize and explore multi-GB traces.
See https://perfetto.dev/docs or the /docs/ directory for documentation.
