android-nn-driver: avoid hardcoding specificity array

When checking which dimensions in an array of dimensions is specified,
the array holding the specificity has a hardcoded size. Since we cannot
use std::vector<bool>, use a std::basic_string<bool> to hold the
specificity array.

ArmNN Android Neural Networks driver

This directory contains the ArmNN driver for the Android Neural Networks API, implementing the android.hardware.neuralnetworks@1.0, android.hardware.neuralnetworks@1.1, android.hardware.neuralnetworks@1.2 and android.hardware.neuralnetworks@1.3 HALs.
