ARM: EXYNOS: Set LDO3 on Origen board as always enabled LDO3 feeds to VDD_11OF power line which drives MIPI, HDMI, SATA, OTG etc. Currently no driver is explicitly using this regulator, hence it gets disabled during boot-time.
