s5p_tvout_fb: route lcd display over hdmi using bootargs
Introducing bootarg: s5p_tvout_fb.hdmi_lcd_display=X
where X=1 will route lcd display over HDMI @1024x600
Default display remains LCD.
This is a work around for the boards using HDMI as primary display.
You can set additional bootargs while creating SD card images using
--extra-boot-args option of linaro-android-media-create tool.
