clk: select CLKDEV_LOOKUP for COMMON_CLK Using the common clock infrastructure without the common clkdev code makes little sense, so select CLKDEV_LOOKUP for COMMON_CLK. Signed-off-by: Rob Herring <rob.herring@calxeda.com>
