Fix unintentional wake on RSB in suitable modes

Implemented input_device-> open and close functions. Open enables the device while close disables wake interrupts and puts pat9126 in sleep mode. The close function is called when the very last call to close_input_device is made for the pat9126 device and therefore the watch isn't listening to the RSB input device (e.g. Rotate-crown-to-wake Off, BTM, Theater Mode)
