Dragon: Add support for OS descriptor headers
Add os descriptor header to support auto installation
of MTP driver.
Fall back to 0x4ee1 and 0x4ee2 PIDs as libMTP seems
to have hardcoded those values to initiate request
for OS descriptors
Alternative: report to libmtp team
